Fear knows my name.

How do you conquer fear?

fear n.

1. A feeling of agitation and anxiety caused by the presence or imminence of danger.
2. A state or condition marked by this feeling: living in fear.
3. A feeling of disquiet or apprehension: a fear of looking foolish.
4. Extreme reverence or awe, as toward a supreme power.
5. A reason for dread or apprehension: Being alone is my greatest fear.

Fear is (in my presently philosophical mind) the natural inclination to run to something or somebody that will protect us.

We know that the LORD is our refuge and our strong tower.

Sometimes we just have to let our problems go. And let God protect us.

Trust Him.
And keep walking by Faith.

You know God is in control so roll with it and your fears will subside.

If fear is the opposite of love then shouldn't love somehow destroy fear? Likely this depends on what kind of fear as to how love wins out but aren't those the two things that are in tension?
